The What
Accelerator Alley at Modern Warfare Week 2026 is where innovation meets the SOF mission, a launch pad for small, agile companies to showcase dual-use technologies that align with U.S. Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) priorities. This program is designed for companies with fewer than 250 employees and little to no current SOF sales. Vendors were selected based on an application and grading process.

Attritable System Technologies LLC
Attritable System Technologies, LLC (AST) is a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business. A small, agile team with SOF operational experience and aviation acumen, AST kits and transports team-level unmanned systems.

Blue Arrow Defense
Blue Arrow Defense, a startup based in Pittsburgh and Kyiv, develops RII—an advanced fleet management platform for asymmetric drone warfare. RII allows a single operator to coordinate hundreds of autonomous drones across diverse platforms through a unified command interface. Designed for large-scale and complex operations, it features advanced autonomy including GPS-denied navigation, target tracking, terminal guidance, and ballistic calculations.

Bourg Labs builds edge AI and Electromagnetic Warfare technology for the tactical edge. Our flagship platform, EDGE HALO, transforms complex RF activity into decision advantage through real-time detection, AI/ML signal classification, threat correlation, direction finding, and kinetic and nonkinetic effects. This low SWaP-C system operates autonomously in DDIL and GPS denied environments for Counter-UxS, force protection, and contested spectrum operations.

COUNTERMOVE AI
CounterMove AI builds advanced autonomous warfare and special operations technologies specializing in Counter-UxS and Counter-AI. Designed to counter RF-silent, AI-enabled threats and swarms in DDIL environments, CounterMove targets the onboard intelligence driving adversarial systems rather than just the hardware. Combining agentic AI, computer vision, AI forensics, and edge compute, the platform enables tactical operators to identify, disrupt, contain, and defeat adversarial AI at the edge.

AI can read text, voice, image and video. It cannot read the person using it. Theia is our foundation model for human-state intelligence. It measures and predicts human state in real time from eye movement. Four capabilities are live today at TRL 9: cognitive load, attention, mental readiness and fatigue. The predictive horizon is 15 to 20 seconds. Theia is software only. It runs on CPU, on cameras a unit already owns. Nothing goes to a cloud and nothing is stored. It works air-gapped and in DDIL conditions, and deploys to smart glasses, XR, vehicles and aircraft.

Stellar Notch
Stellar Notch is developing a needle-free, intranasal treatment platform for early traumatic brain injury (TBI). Using engineered extracellular vesicles, the platform delivers therapeutic payloads closer to the point of injury before evacuation. Developed in a lyophilized, cold-chain-free format for austere environments, this preclinical, SBIR Phase II-funded technology focuses on field-suitable deployment to give medical personnel an immediate post-injury intervention.

Unknot.id
Unknot.id develops AI-powered location and spatial intelligence for GPS-denied and contested environments. Its flagship platform, Fuse AI™, transforms data from existing sensors into accurate 3D positioning and operational awareness without dedicated positioning infrastructure. Unknot.id enables warfighters, autonomous systems, logistics teams, and public safety organizations to maintain trusted spatial awareness across complex indoor, underground, and degraded environments.
