Foreign Visitor Information

If you are not a U.S. Citizen and are planning to attend this event, you will need to complete a few additional security steps prior to your arrival.

Military or Government Officials – You are required to submit a formal Foreign Visitor Request (FVR). This must be processed and approved through official channels before you can be granted base access. 

Civilian/Non-Government Individuals – If you do not hold an official military or government status, you must be physically escorted onto the installation by an individual who holds an active DoD Common Access Card (CAC). Your trusted traveler/escort must remain with you at all times while you are on post.
