Demo Day and Expo Schedule

Demo Day: Move-in and Set-up

Tuesday 16 November | 1:00 - 4:00p.m. 

Wednesday 17 November | 8:00 - 10:00a.m. 

Demo Day Hours:

Wednesday 17 November | 10:00a.m. - 8:00p.m.

(All demonstration items should be removed by 9:00p.m. unless prior arrangements have been made with The Range Complex.)

Exhibitor: Move-in and Set-up

Wednesday 17 November | 5:00 - 9:00p.m.

Thursday 18 November | 6:00 - 8:00a.m.

Expo Hours: 

Thursday 18 November | 8:00a.m. - 5:30p.m.

Friday 19 November | 8:00 - 11:30a.m.

Exhibitor Move-out

Friday, 19 November  | 11:45a.m. - 3:00p.m.

Exhibitor Service Guide 

Shipping and Furniture Orders

Carolina Convention Services and Rental will serve as the exclusive conventions services provider for Demo Day and the Expo. The Exhibitor Services Guide is a tool to ensure your success and make your experience as smooth as possible. We ask that you review the information noting specifics with regard to shipping, receiving and ordering amenities for your exhibit space. (Note: Table top sizes are 8' x 6' for this event.)

Do not ship directly to the Iron Mike Conference Center. Please use the shipping information provided in the Exhibit Guide. 

AV Requirements 

Are you looking to rent a monitor or other AV equipment? Please contact Chad Tapia at chad@dcelive.com.

Required Exhibitor Information

Deadline: To Be Announced

Once a contract is received, you will be contacted by Ranae Grehl to collect your company profile and logo.
  • Company Logo: Provide a color logo in .eps format (with fonts and artwork outlined) or .tif file 300 dpi or higher for the program guide and signage. 
  • Company Description: A brief description of your company at 60 words or less and web address.
  • Website URL: Provide a website URL for attendees to check out your products and/or services.

Lead Retrieval

Carolina Convention Services is offering exhibitors the option of purchasing Lead Retrieval. 
 

Handheld Scanners can be purchased at $375 or there is the option to purchase the Lead Retrieval App for $325 per license.


More information can be found in the Exhibitor Kit on pages 10-12.
